Norton keeps deleting files even when "Remove Risks if I Am Away" is set to "Ignore"

In the settings I set "Remove Risks if I Am Away" to "Ignore" and "Remove Risks Automatically" to "Ask".

But it happens a lot of times that Norton scans the system when it's not in use and deletes files (or puts them in quarantine). The problem is that all these files are not viruses, just false-positives. And also when I'm using the PC and, for example, download a file which is recognized as a virus, it's deleted. I'm never asked.

Why does Norton ignore my settings? I have this problem since years.

Windows 10 x64 Build 20H2, Norton Security version 22.20.5.39.

I'll try to test my side if you want to private message me sources/samples.
