Today my Mailwasher program stopped working - I have used it for years without any issue. It said it was due to a file missing called sqlite3.dll
I investigated and found out that Norton had deleted it today and stuck it in the Quarantine. I restored the file but as soon as I try and start Mailwasher Norton deletes it again. I added the file and the entire Mailwasher directory under Scan Exclusions but Norton still deletes the file every time I restore it. It is NOT infected I even tried restoring a fresh untouched copy of sqlite3.dll and STILL Norton deletes it. I have scanned the file with Kaspersky Internet Security and it is CLEAN. I am getting fed up with this. I had a working copy of Mailwasher for years until this morning when Norton decided I no longer needed my working copy of Mailwasher. If I don't get a solution I will not be renewing my Norton subscription when it runs out.
So hopefully someone can give me a solution to this. My version of NIS under "About" is 17.9.0.12 and my op system is Windows 7 64 bit
