Norton keeps incorrectly identifying a file as a Trojan.

As the thread title says, Norton (Internet Security) keeps removing a file thinking it is a Trojan.

I have added it to the exceptions when scanning, but it still decides it's going to remove it, and so every time I want to use the program I have to go into the History and restore the file, and then disable Auto-Protect to launch the program.

The file in question is an Application extension, and I know that it is safe.

I'm running Windows 7 64-Bit in case you need to know.

So how can I stop this file from being removed?

Thanks.
