Norton keeps saying trial is over

I have been using Norton products for decades and thought I would never change. Lately every time I turn on my computer, my Norton Security comes up red and says my trial period is over even though I have over 200 days left. I have to sign into my account and reactivate and this has become a problem. I no longer trust it to do my banking as it has become unstable. Does anyone know what I can do to stop this from happening or what could be causing it? Thanks.
