I upgraded to Big Sur on my Mac and Norton stopped working. I deleted it and reloaded. Norton opens (And sometimes) VPN will work, but most of the time, a white screen pops up and it says it is installing. Yet, that just continues on and seems to get stuck. I finally have to manually shut down Norton.
During the installation, many times the privacy & Security settings that are supposed to appear, never actually appear in the security window. After a few times, They started to show up, sometimes not. I think I’ve managed to approved all the things that need to give Norton access, yet the white installation thing just keeps happening. This is pretty frustrating and I’m getting ready to cancel my subscription. There’s no need paying $349 for something that does not work.
Anybody else having this issue? If so, has anyone managed to get through to a successful point?
