Norton knows an app is blocked but lets my child use it

Hello, I see in the parental control area that my child is using 2 applications which are blocked (Twich and Discord). However, Norton knows that these are blocked applications because when I see the applications used by my child in the parents section, Norton offers to authorize these applications. Also I notice in this section that the time used of each application is not accurate (I noticed this from the very beginning. Android
