What has happened to Norton Labs User Access Control. I still have it installed with Vista.

The Norton Labs User Access Control tool still provides increased usability on Windows Vista, without reducing the security enhancements that Microsoft added for Vista - whereas turning UAC off disables Microsoft's security enhacements. Our UAC tool should work for you, but please keep in mind that we no longer support this tool.
Also, if you upgrade to Windows 7 or 8, the UAC tool will no longer work and should be uninstalled prior to upgrading.
