Yesterday I only had 4 of 6 of my products. Today I have 5 on boot up. I am MISSING my LIFELOCK product and unable to access my LifeLock Account because it's missing from my Dashboard! I pay a substantial annual subscription fee or this product service and to be locked out because I cannot access it via my Dashboard is totally unacceptable! Yesterday morning I had all 6 of my product services. After a reboot, I only had 4.....but no LifeLock! Today I have 5 but still no LifeLock! This is a Norton issue and can someone PLEASE escalate this to Gayathri or someone at Norton to address this issue? There are plenty of screen shots in this thread for them to research the issue. This issue needs to get resolved ASAP!! It's unacceptable for customers to pay for product features they can't access. I have tried auto fix, nothing. I have signed in and out of my Norton acct. multiple times...still didn't correct it. Once I got LifeLock to appear but I had to sign in. When I signed in it didn't appear on my Dashboard so I can't access it. I have Norton 360 Ultimate with LifeLock. Norton version 22.23.9.9 Running Win 10 Home 22H2. Norton needs to weigh in on this!
All very Hit & Miss. This morning full set of 7 items + 5 'buy me', this pm, on boot, 5 items & 3 'buy me'. To all intents & purposes, different variations occur on each boot, why? This sounds like a Norton issue, possibly with their servers, if the items are embedded in our own installed version of Norton, surely they should remain unchanged.
I think you are right. Norton needs to take a look at this. I am signed into my account, yet I am back to only seeing 6 of the 12 items shown previously. There is no consistency.
My Start Up Launch is not showing all of my product items. Earlier this morning all 6/6 were showing and when I rebooted, now only 5/6. My Lifelock product is not visible so I am unable to launch it from my User Interface Screen. I have tried rebooting multiple times and each time I only have 5/6 vs 6/6. I have had this issue in the past and it has corrected itself but usually after I reboot once. Today it is not functioning correctly on opening UI. I think Norton needs to take a look at this. My Norton is functioning property, no issues noted in auto fix.
Norton Security 22.23.9.9 update is now available via LiveUpdate.
This patch is ONLY available via LiveUpdate, and is being released in a phased manner.
You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.
As nychuck's screen shot, I have Software Updater turned off so it does not appear in my full list of 6 items. It seems very fickle what appears on each boot. May have between 4 to 6 items showing on list, with all 6 present, aways comes with the 'buy more' banner at the bottom, sometimes with 5 items on show, number of 'buy more' items' vary. Tried auto-fix previously, nothing wrong. I am assuming possibly, the items list may be checked with Norton servers on boot, as when opening My Norton, always takes a few seconds to open, although what-ever you get in each session remains at that level no matter how many times you open My Norton. Current boot only 4 items with no 'buy more' banner, again auto-fix shows no issues.
~ posted your screen snip for users that pass this way ~
have you tried
1) Run Norton Autofix to detect and repair common problems https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v15756942
2) Sign Out My Account - Sign In My Account
3) Run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not shut down) machine. Repeat.
Post back progress.
Perhaps this helps - seems be a Norton "iffy" issue - have the same problem, although , often, a reboot will bring them all back. I have classic view enabled so seldom go to My Norton. There is one good point though, don't get so many Norton's 'buy this, buy that'.
In your Norton account. Just below where the subscriptions that are listed and visible, look for a word in blue named "History". Click that and your other subs should then be visible.
Edited: At the very bottom of the page look for this for support links:
