Norton leaving files in C:

Whenever I run a Smart Scan, Norton leaves empty files in my Windows(C:) folder. It’s usually five files, and they have names like “wal013D4952, wal75D6610A and wal098658DB”. Last time I checked, there were nearly 500 of these files. Any way to stop this from happening?

Hello. What is the Norton product you have installed? Also what is your OS, its version and build?
