Norton license expired pop-up on new activated liecnse

Norton 360 installed on Windows 7 Pro fairly routinely tells me my brand new activated license is 'expired' even though my license is 'good' for nearly a full year from now. The unfortunate thing is his has happened more than just a few times, and my only 'work-around' is to use NRnR removal tool to uninstall and re-install, which works for maybe 10 days to two weeks, and then happens again.  I've used all the 'suggested' tools I know of to attempt to fix this (like Power Eraser, Bootable Recovery, AutoFix, etc.) and it appears that nothing seems to stop this, and I must then run 'NRnR" on it and re-install (which is what I JUST had to go yet AGAIN, for the second time this month ..IE: January 2022).

Yes, yes, I know that "..support for Windows 7 has expired..", but this is a PC that I depend for only one 'app' that seems only 'operable' under Windows 7 since Windows 10 tells me "..this program cannot operate under Windows 10.." , which is the sole reason I keep this OS functional.  I've even tried using Revo Uninstaller Pro "Advanced" option to search out and remove ALL references and registry entries, as well as all Norton/Symantec folders and data, but the problem persists.  So what must I do to make t his crap 'go away'..? Find another anti-virus/firewall application?

Norton has already 'peeved me beyond  all comprehension' with the INCESSANT 'pop-ups' for other Norton LifeLock products that I do not want, so ostensibly I guess I may need to simply 'give up' my existing full year license (10- user/devices) and just 'move on' .  But if I CAN fix this, then I'd like to at least get my money's worth out of this newly renewed license before I finally get sufficiently 'peeved' to go someplace else.....
