I have been with Norton for more than 6 years now, I have had issues but fixed after that, so my loyalty with Norton have been stable up to now, normally I go to different countries and I never have issues where Norton been used, but now that I am in Saudi Arabia my licence have suspended, cancelled the thing is I can not use it.
I had have a chat with support and told me that they have change policies and now if you are in another region you can not use the service. leaving my computer at risk. I have been chatting with support and now I want to upload the conversation but that doesn't allow me because they want only 256kb.
If Microsoft apply this stupid policy then people have to but a multi region licence, which is a sick decision from the policy makers of Symantec, that is dictatorial.
So I am looking for a solution now that my computer are in risk and have a very sensitive data, I don't want to start seeking corporate legal advice.
