I open the App. It briefly shows sign-in options, email, google, or apple ( it used to just ask for my fingerprint)but before I even get a chance to use any of those options I get the message.
To confirm. When opening the NPM app, you can sign into your Norton Account, and you get the error message when entering the vault password?
Whenever I try and sign into the password manager app. BlackView 6000pro. android ver 11. I have tried to delete and reinstall.
Is this happening when having to sign into your Norton Account, or just when trying to enter your vault password?
What version of Norton Password Manager, NPM, are you using?
What device and Android version are you using?
