We believe while getting Norton help last year a Norton representative passed us off to a SCAM entitled, "Norton Lifetime" coverage for a nice heaping sum of $649.99. A second party known as USOnlineMart LLC sent us a contract via email. The same day we received an email from Norton@symantec.com with a confirmation of a 'successful registration' including a "Norton Antivirus # has been successfully registered to your account."
The USOnline guy Gave us a Norton Security Code and his name (Roger) and his number 1-844-209-3222. You can call him right now if you wish. He's in a basement somewhere and was simply told to answer any calls with "Can you call back tomorrow?" The Security code is a joke I guess, but the password he gave me was the password that opened up my account here at Norton?
The Norton online chat gal that I spoke with earlier said she'd never heard of this company or any service contract offering a Lifetime of coverage. She told me the Norton Antivirus # from the Norton email (sent minutes after this $600 dollar snafu) was correct and expired on 8-2-2016 which can't be right as it ain't August yet?
When I go to my Account page here it shows NO TRANSACTIONS at all. Not even the one a year ago.
I have pics of all this paperwork but am figuring out how to change to pdf or text files.
