As Krusty13 notes, it is always a good idea to do a couple of LiveUpdate runs with system restarts between when you do get a patch.
I also choose to Apply Later, then restart my machine. I find I have better luck that way.
When some patches are released they come in phases.
3. How can I manually install these patches?
This patch is ONLY available via LiveUpdate, and is being released in a phased manner. You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.
