Recently I started to have problems when I tried to update. It checks for updates,downloads then installs them. It says installation complete put a patch is necessary, if I don't apply it will be done automatically. Either way once the patch is applied I lose my Nortons short cut, if I click on it I get the message that it no longer available. I can't access it thru my programs drop down menu either. This has happened several times in the last month and the only way that I have been able to fix it is by unistalling Nortons then reinstalling it. Has anybody else had this problem?
