Norton LiveUpdate failing to complete (Web Definitions)

I am getting a Norton LiveUpdate failing to complete.  It is the web definitions.  I forsee problems with the Norton servers.

 

Clicking "More info" brings me to this page: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-internet-security/20.4.0.40/solutions/v57371725_NIS_Retail_2013_en_us

 

No error numbers or anything.

If this is the first time you have seen this, you may be right about a temporary server issue.

Spoke too soon.  Now OK.  But shouldn't it read out the error when I click "more info" rather than redirecting to the generic LiveUpdate troubleshoot page?
