Why is it that almost every time I try to open an application, ie Firefox, Word, etc., the app doesn't open, I see the disk indicator light up and, in Task Manager, and I see that Norton is using >25% of CPU. The app eventually opens (maybe 45 to 60 seconds later) but this is getting more like the normal and I'm getting really tired of it! Nothing 'instantly' opens like it should.
Running Win 10 64bit Pro, v1607, NIS v22.9.4.8.
Any ideas?
