as i can't leave feedback for anyone at symantec that might py attention, i'll post this issue here and perhaps an admin can forward it to the appropriate person.
this is an issue that is really annoying the hell out of me. every time i update DivX, it automatically dloads and attempts to install NORTON MALWARE. this usually happens because i simply click through the install process. to make matters worse, the rediculous software doesn't come with an uninstall option so it has to be removed through the use of tuneup utils or something similar.
anyway, this is just a message to say that as this practice constitutes the installation of malware in my opinion, i will now be updating WOT everyday with a red malware warning so that hopefully you will see that bundling your softwarer within an update is NOT a welcome practice.
go to hell parasites. i would not now buy your software even if my computer were to contract the computer equivelant of AIDS.
