Norton Manage accounts - issues

When I log into my MacBook and in my norton account/subscriptions online it shows the other PCs/laptops I have registered and downloaded the security programme too, but for some reason it doesn’t show the MacBook being protected. It is, as when I go to the Norton Securty, it says 300+ days as we have just renewed.

The only thing I believe is different is when I load Norton securty, it has my email logged in at the top right, but the other pcs (mix of family) I have not ‘logged in’ at the RH corner. Also I believe it’s all registered with the same product key, is anyway of checking this??

Not sure of the Mac version interface, but on PCs you need to check that the Remote Management setting is turned on. Go to Settings - Administrative Settings, and scroll down to Remote Management and turn that setting on.

Then check Help - Subscription Status to sync your computer with the Norton Servers.

Restarting the computer may also help.
