When I look under "My Devices" I see two computers listed and when I look at the devices listed under "My Account" I see three devices with names I don't recognize ? Should these lists match ? I only have Internet Security installed.
Is the device name showing up in "My Account" being taken from some where on my computers ?
I need to figure out which of the three license to delete. Since I only have two computers and would like to add a new one.
Under My Devices, do you have names for the 2 computers? You can give each computer a name by clicking on the pencil icon. Then try going to the My Account tab and refresh the page to see if the names have been added to that page.
Now you should be able to identitfy which installation to remove.
In "My Devices" I gave each device a personalized name when I added them and those have been out there for a while. And the ones in "My Account" don't resemble them at all.
Device names listed in "My Devices"..........
AMD 2700 - Windows XP / HP 514n - Windows XP
Device names listed in "My Account"..........
SATELLITE / YOUR-6JNHHU0520 / MOM
See what I mean, I just started using Norton Management last winter. I've been with Norton for years.
One of those devices in "My Account" needs to be deleted, but which one ?? I would like to sync this up.
The Device names under My Account were picked up from the Operating system on the computer. Right click My Computer/Computer -> Properties-> Check the computer name in that window. According to the names shown on your machines you can decide which device to remove to remove. The names shown under My Devices for your machines are for your convenience.

Just checked my Norton Management and in My Account the name shown for where it is installed is OLLIE3 which is the name given by my when installing Windows and it asks for a Computer name so yours could go back to then and might be automatic.
Is it possible that at some point during the licence for your product you installed Norton twice or had a computer since replaced by one of the present two? That might explain the third entry.
