So you can’t remotely scan the pc and other goodies that you could only do in person.

Hello,

If the product on the machine finds a problem that requires a "Fix Now", then your Norton Management account should show a "Fix Now" option for that device.

To read more about this feature, please click on the following link:  Norton Management - Fix Now

If you find that this has been helpful and has solved your question, please let me know.

The link you provide is also broken.

I am also very curious to know facilities in Norton Management.

If I  want to manage computers of another Norton Accout, is it possible to change to that account in Norton Management?

None of the links work.

So unless the PC develops a problem and display "fix now," you can't initiate the usual security tasks like quick/full scan etc?

Yes, it is possible to change to another account.

However, you would need to log out of the current Norton Management account and log in with the other account credentials.

If you want to have one account for your products, you would need to remove them from one account and then add them to the second account.

Correct.  This feature is not available on Norton Management.

Looks like Norton management is simply an extension of remove monitor function of network map where one can look up the status of the Norton software. Most of the function of Norton management, especially the monitor function, can be done with remote monitor (but have to be on same network). Or I can just save via fuss and walk over to the pc myself :smileywink:

What tasks can you do with Norton management? Can you run scans on the other pc you are managing with it?
