I'm marketing head at a software company. One of our product has been blacklisted from Norton Security. I am also a regular user of Norton Security but i still didn't understand why Norton has block that software known as "Swift PC Optimizer".
Can anyone please explain?

NOW, with Norton Security Toolbar for IE 11:
- report 1 (re swiftpcoptimizer.com): "This site has not been tested yet." - get the latest info, then p u make your statement.
- related report 2 (re softonic.com) while downloading that optimizer.

Thank you SendOfJive. My point was that that when you try and download Swift PC Optimizer the first link it brings you to is an untrustworthy hosting site.
The only question needing to be answered here is whether Swift PC Optimizer is being blocked by Norton as a false positive. Everything else is irrelevant. Akashk should follow the suggestions by bjm_ here to submit the product for whitelisting.

I have found information that appears to confirm that akashk is indeed the Marketing Head at the company that makes Swift PC Optimizer. I will not post it for privacy reasons, but 20750065 is incorrect. Akashk has not misrepresented himself.
Numbers is accusing akashk of impersonating the marketing head of the company that makes "Swift PC Optimizer".

Then, how about calling your 800-xxx to "Install Norton Setup From Norton.Com/Setup"?!
Norton.Com/Setup is a specialized url for customer who have just purchased Norton Security and wants to download Norton Setup to install on their computers. To be able to download Norton Setup from this url user must have an active account with Norton if not user can still create a new account to download Norton Antivirus Setup. Once you have an active account then visit norton.com/setup, login into your Norton Account and enter the license code in specified field to download Norton Security Setup.
Totally misleading info!
I finally found the download on Softpedia.
It is most likely due to your hosting download site "Softonic". They are a shady site that hosts a lot of adware software. Majorgeeks, FileHippo, Softpedia and Neowin are trust worthy sites. I just tried downloading Swift PC Optimizer from Softonic and uBlock Origin blocked it. I allowed it temporarily and got to the download link. Then I either had to sign in with my FB or Google account. NO WAY. So I selected alternative download and got another block from uBlock Origin. After that I got page not found.
