Norton message about email delivery

recently I started getting this notification on the sending PC.  There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my email account or mail server, but Norton is telling me it can't send the email to another account on my other laptop.  My other laptop also has Norton, so maybe there is some mismatch?

message reads: "Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the sender."

I tried to attach the screen shot, but today I can't upload a PNG file like I did yesterday.  ????

PNG files are only allowed in the first post of a thread. After that, only .txt, pdf and zip files are allowed. That is just how the forum software works.

I'm not saying it's a Norton PROBLEM.  I'm sure it is acting as coded.

Nothing has changed with my providers.  What verification/authorization protocol is this keying off? Obviously you are much more technical than I.  To my knowledge all I am aware of are settings for:
SMTP authentication
port numbers
and encrypted server connection, SSL

?'s  =====================================

1) CAN I STOP NORTON NOTIFYING ME?

2) DO I NEED TO TURN OFF THE EMAIL PROTECTION COMPLETELY or is there a subset checkbox within Norton email protection settings?

3) Here's another more descriptive message, "...email could not be sent because the connection to you email server was interrupted."  I tried to attach the screen shot, but today I can't upload a PNG file like I did yesterday.  ????

Thank you again

It isn't a Norton issue.  The notifications are coming from your email service provider.  You should check with them, but it sounds like you may be attempting to send through an email account that is not authorized.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're stating.

I have never received this type of notification before, nor do I get it with any other email accounts I use between laptops.

Why did Norton just start flagging this one, and how do I turn it off?  I don't want to see this type of info.

I have to escape through about 50 of these pop-ups.  The message gets to its destination, but Norton (or service provider) is telling me to resend it.  TI am using an Outllook rule to send these messages automatically when certain email content is present.

Thanks...

These notifications come from your email service provider.  Norton merely displays them.  It looks like an authentication problem which can happen if you are not sending using the correct account.
