When I go to Norton it says I am not signed in, but I am signed in and it even tells me how many days are left on my subscription. Has anyone else gotten this message? I have the latest updates.

Thanks for your reply, but I no longer see the message that I am not signed in. I have no idea why it appeared and then disappeared.
I had called Norton but was told no one else had reported the problem so I guess that’s why I no longer see the message that I am not signed in when I am signed in.
Maybe a Norton Liveupdate changed things, or maybe a system restart.
Anyway, good news that the message has gone away.
