Norton mobile Activation Code

With great difficulty, I managed to install Norton mobile on my Lenovo A1-07 Android tablet.  But
I do not have an activation code.  In my Norton account there is a "Key" for the product, but if I enter that into the actibation box it says INVALID ACTIVATIOM CODE.   ???
