I assume that you downloaded the software from a Norton Server as well as getting the license from them, in which case all should be well. But in any case I think following sam20e's advice it probably the best thing to do. Most people find the best way to contact Norton Support is through the Live Chat link (it is free) and can be found here. Just scroll down to the "Chat Now" button, click on that and follow through until you are in touch with Norton staff.
