I have N360PE on my PC and today I put NMS on my android. They both show up in my Norton Account. However when I go into Norton Mobile Security neither show up. I tried to register NMS with the product key but again nothing. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Thanks for your response. I purchased it through Google Play and tried to register it through mobilesecurity.norton.com web site but it would not register, no message or nothing just sat there. Tried entering the site both directly and as you stated through my Norton Account where it did show up but with the same results. Finally today I just gave up and deleted it. I did give you credit for your response as everything you stated was accurate and I agree it should have worked. I also listed you as solution since there was no need to keep the question open as I no longer have the product.

If you purchased it but have decided to not use it then you can get a refund from Norton who have an excellent refunds policy. You could try this refunds link. You will need details of your purchase to hand.
However why not try installing it again. You should have the relevant reference number to register it when you go through the process (assuming it works this time) just take the "I have already purchased this product" option.
The site may have been having an off moment which caused your problem. Why not try again? If it does not work you should not have wasted much time and if it does ......well we will all be happier.
