Why does the Norton Mobile Security Lost Phone Finder app take up another license in the Norton Security with Backup subscription for the same iPad if I reinstall the app after factory resetting the iPad. If I delete and then reinstall the app without factory resetting the iPad it reactivates the app but does not take up another license but if I factory reset the iPad and then reinstall the app it does take up another license even if I delete the app beforehand. The only way to avoid this is to delete the iPad from the Norton Mobile Security web portal every time I factory reset the iPad. Can the same thing happen with Android devices if the Android device is factory reset? I don't have Android.
