I installed Norton Mobile Security on my iPad and iPhone. Both devices show up on the mobilesecurity.norton.com website. But the only options I have available to me are Locate and Backup. There are no other options and no way to access another layer of menus. Where are all of the features I just paid for? The Remote Lock, the Remote Wipe, and every other feature isn't there? Where are they? How do I access them?
So far all I have is an expensive phone finder and contact backup system and I had that before I purchased and installed this app!
UPDATE: I read through posts on the this topic and have discovered that of all the feature listed for the Norton Mobile Security, there are only two that work with the iPhone and iPad, Locate and Backup. The product description was very misleading - I think to the point of being a criminal misrepresentation of the product. A few feature are listed as being Android only, but most have no reference to either the Andoid or iOS. I have requested a refund and removed the app.
