Norton Mobile Security Stopping Sony Experia

Hi, I've installed Norton on my Sony Experia which seems to work fine for several days and then something seems to stop the app from working? I then have to uninstall it and reinstall to get it working again.

It doesn't appear to stop it working fully, but it goes offline in the mobile security site when I try to locate the phone ?

 

Any suggestions?

I’ve had these installed around 6 months, to be honest I haven’t waited minutes for the locate so I could put this down to user error.

If it is just the web site showing the device is not online, do not worry about that. There can be delays in updating that web site for the Devices page. The app is still working on the device.

When you are trying the locate function, are you sure you have an active internet connection, either cell data or wifi? How long do you wait to see if the locate was successful. I have seen it take a couple of minutes some times. It is not instantaneous like loading a web page.

How long have you had Norton Mobile Security NMS, installed on the phone?
