Hello users/experts,
I tried to go to mobilesecurity.norton.com since that URL is supposed to be used for mobile device security--lock, wipe etc. BUT...this is the only thing I get. I tried it on FF, Safari, Chrome on my MacBook Pro (MBP) and the same thing each time i.e nothing comes up on the page. The MBP is my primary. I had posted this on the main norton forums and was advised that norton is aware of this and I should try again later...well it is the same status even after 12 hours or more...and frankly leaves a lot to be desired from norton since it is supposed to be protecting all my devices, for which I have paid a 3 year subscription. What if the 2 mobile devices currently under NSD (Norton Security Deluxe) protection are lost/stolen? Very much unimpressed.
