Trying to set up contact backup on NMS.
After signing in it asks for a me to 'Confirm your purchase' by asking for the Product Key corresponding to my Norton Security Premium service.
Norton Mobile Security will not accept my Norton Security Premium product key. It returns "The Product Key entered is not valid for this product. (-2012)"
I don't have this issue with either of my other two phones or tablet. I am at a loss as to what the problem is. It is quite frustrating.
