Every restart Norton scans the Network before windows has identified it.
Resulting in a Bug.
The scan sees the open port for the Internet provider to change Router settings and gives the “network is compromised error” asking to activate Norton VPN.
But due to the Network not having the same Name after the windows network identification is being completed. You cannot add the Network to the trust list. The button is doing nothing since the Network isnt called “Networkidentification” anymore
