I have been using Norton begrudgingly now for a couple years, begrudgingly mainly so because of how intrusive it is, but it was tolerable.
Today, my Norton account ran out and I experienced the last straw in my usage of Norton.
My Norton Antivirus/Internet Security simply stopped working after my subscription ran out. In the past it would still work but I could no longer get new updates since I no longer had a subscription which was reasonable. However now, I can't even use the program that I had already paid for now that my subscription has run out.
Norton, this is my last straw with you and your company and I don't plan on ever again using your product. Not only is it overly intrusive with you many alerts that I can't easily disable, but once I stop subscribing to your service I simply can't use your product. As a consumer., I am unhappy and as such I will begin to excercise my righ to no longer purchase your product and also voice my opinion to others as I am now doing on this internet forum.
I am sure some will have some problem with what I say which is fine since this is an open forum, but this is how I feel and I don't plan on ever again buying a Norton Product.
