Hello.
Im kind of a computer dummy, but yesterday my computer started acting funny, alot of pop ups started occuring, internet acting slow etc. So, I went to run Norton, and it would not open. An error came up (I didnt write down the #). It recommeded i run the Norton Recovery Tool, so I did, and it said nothing was wrong. However, when I went to start the computer again, Norton was now completely gone. I tried to reinstall it, and when I click the install button, nothing happens. Now, nothing is working on my computer, and I do not know what to do. When I start in safe mode, i can run the recovery tools from the norton disc, but it continues to say nothing is wrong. Please Help :)
