Jagatwal ,
Wish you a Very Happy New Year!
I don't have much suggestions left. Could you try to delete the keys detected during the scan manually(going into registry-regedit) in Safe mode? It's a risky one, but you can try it if you need.

hi,
A happy new year to u to.
I've just tried that and it wont allow me to delete it. It says 'cannot delete all values'. The viruses are still there. How come norton 360 cant get rid of it?
cheers
Jag
Hi
Try going back into regedit and find the reg entries and right clicking the entry, click properties in the popped up menu.
Change the properties for that entry to "full contol", click ok then try and delete.
I have seen this, Malware have reg entries that are locked, for a user (don't have permission) so the likes of CCleaner and other programs can't delete. Thus MAYBE why N360 can't delete all of it.

Hi again,
Also I see back at your hijckthis log, these entries to tick and delete. That Yogish missed
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\CTFMON.EXE (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [CTFMON.EXE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\CTFMON.EXE (User 'Default user')
Then click "fix checked"
NOT NOT confuse the above with the legit entry of
"O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe"
further above in the log, that is the GOOD entry, Notice the differencebetween them ??
