Norton not re-installing after Computer repairs with new hard drive

When I tried to re-download Norton on my computer says I have zero days ie subscription expired. yet I log on and my Licences say otherwise

i had this before ( did a renewal not reinstall or anything like you had happen)

if you open my norton at top left says something along the lines of your account ( active or something under your email or account profile)

lick that and it should help fix the remaining days left on your subscription

also can try the auto fix tool click help and at left click get support sometimes that finds a issue

Hello. If you reinstalled Windows 7 from a backup image you would need to remove Norton, reboot and reinstall your product from your Norton account. Also make sure you Windows 7 is also service pack 1 as it is required for Norton to function properly. Service pack 0 will put your Norton product into maintenance mode.

If you log into the UI with your Norton account email address and password it should automatically pick up your current valid subscription.
