For the past 3 months, Norton has been sending me renewal advisories and telling me that my payment details need to be updated, or that there is a problem with my payment. Despite having updated my details repeatedly, my subscription has not renewed, the payment has not gone through, and I keep getting reminders and warnings. Nothing I do seems to make any difference, I cannot get real person help, and I am seriously considering ditching Norton because of this. Am I missing something???
My subscription has expired but I'm having the same problem when I try to renew my subscription on the website. This is so frustrating.
Hello Neil. Check the sender email address from the list on this Norton article. If the address of the sender isn't on the list its a scam message, just delete. As you have reviewed your payment details and state they are accurate, and if your subscription is not within 60 days of renewal, that would indicate to me that you are seeing scam messages.
