One of our computers recently lost the ability to access the internet. When I examined the PC more closely, I found that the Norton Security suite wasn't running. When I try to start the program nothing happens. I've become concerned that I've got a virus that's blocking both Norton and access to the internet. A hijackthis log is pasted below. Can you help?
