I have a red circle with an X in it on my task bar in the Norton icon. I try to turn it on with the left mouse button and nothing happens. I hit the icon on Windows and nothing happens. I right click and hit Open Norton Protection Center and nothing happens. I can’t find it on my task manager. I am pretty sure we resubscribed and even if not, it should still open, right? to tell me I did not at least. Help!! What is wrong?
