Yesterday, 20 Oct, after Security update KB3194798 and Update for MSW KB3199209, Norton Internet Security will not open on my computer; Windows Defender is turned on; if I turn it off, NIS still doesn't turn on. Trouble shooting says 'incompatible program'. I have read to update to 22.8 through Live Update, but I can't get into NIS. How do I update? Norton AutoFix keeps popping up, error 8504,104, but it seems to be stuck on the same screen for hours.
