HI wild
Are you definitely running 32 bit Office 2010.
Did you do an overinstall upgrade from a previous version of NIS or did you have the NIS2011 Beta installed?
Hi,
yes,it is 32bit office.
Never tested Beta version.
I had NIS 2010 and I did upgrade.

HI wild
It would be good if you removed your current NIS2011 installation, run the Norton Removal Tool and then reinstall NIS2011.
Make sure, if you use identity safe, that you back up your ID safe to a .npm file to be restored after reinstallation.
Download the Norton Removal Tool from here and save it to your desktop.
Uninstall NIS2011 via add/remove in the Control Panel.
Run the Norton Removal Tool twice with a reboot of your PC after each run.
Reinstall NIS2011 which, if you do not have the full file, you can download and save from here.
Once you have reinstalled NIS2011 run liveupdate repeatedly until you get a message that there are no more updates.
Restore your ID Safe from the .npm file saved earlier (if you did this).
Hi,
ok,I will uninstall it tomorrow and i will get back and let you know what happened.
Thank You
