We have had On Line Back up for almost a year now and it has worked well, at least I thought it had.
Finally one of the lap tops crashed and had to be replaced. "Not a problem" I thought - "I can restore all the files to this new lap top - this is just the reason we paid for NOBU in the first place."
Put NOBU on the new machine, logged in, told it to restore from the old laptop to the new - set it running ......
6 hours later the "Server preparing restore" message is still there.
Log off, restart, try again
Can't get past this message.
Change internet connection, still continues to prepare for restore but not doing anything.
Anyone got any suggestions as I would hate to think that, just when I need NOBU to do its job, it decides otherwise
