Norton Online Account Not Showing Purchased Norton Products

A few years ago I purchased and installed Norton Internet Security (NIS) 2008 on 3 of my computers (license for 3), my desktop and 2 laptops.  I have upgraded and now am running NIS 2011 on all three.  When I go up to my Norton Online account I see no history and no products installed and where they are installed.  I can verify 2 installations but can not verify the third.  I believe it was on my oldest laptop where I deinstalled NIS 2011 in preparation for my new laptop.

 

How do I update my Norton Online account and free up my third license.  Some where Norton still thinks I have 3 installs running.
