NORTON ONLINE BACKUP A2203 ERROR.

Hi.

 

 

First time user here and I have only been using Norton products for seven days full stop.

 

I am using the Online backup feature since 12/01 and this succesfully completed on 12/01, 13/01 and 14/01.

 

However yesterday, twice, and today, twice, it has failed citing error A2203.

 

Can anyone help with getting this issue resolved as I am at a loss as to why this has suddenly presented itself as an issue.
