One of my laptops got stolen and I have a new replacement. I am trying to restore my personal files to the new replacement. I assumed that would be relatively simple to do. I went to NOBU, selected my replacement computer, went to Restore Files and told it to restore from my stolen computer.
12 hours later the "Server preparing restore" message is still there.
What do I do?
I am trying to restore about 20GB of data, around 19k files.
