My current backup started on 5/22. This was not the first and should have completed within a couple of hours. On the nome page there is no cancel button. Please, Tim Lopez or other administrator, reset my last backup so that I can continue to backu my files. I have posted numerous times and no one responds.
Please contact me my reply so that we can get this issue resolved. I have been trying 7 days now to get someone's attention.
