Norton Online Backup: cannot recognize my computer even when it is online

Hi,

 

I'm having a weird issue in that after uploading Online Backup 2.0 as an upgrade to my previous Online Backup program, I had to create a new profile.  However, the new profile does not acknowledge that I also had purchased a capacity upgrade.  Somehow the old profile no longer recognizes my computer as being active or online.
