I had a Norton Online Backup subscription that expired on May 30, 2013. On May 27, 2013 I started a new subscription. I did not just renew the old subscription because I had a cheaper deal on the new copy. The problem is that I keep getting messages that my Online Backup subscription has expired (likely related to the old subscription) even though I have an active subscription. How can I stop this? It has never been a problem doing similar installs for Norton Internet Security.

Hi I have exactly same problem: The NOBU free version obtained together with my new computer expired last year in October already but the message is popping up every second day... Another NOBU subscription is still active and working. I don't see any possibility how to remove the expired subscription from the list of my products. See attached picture for more details and please post some instructions how to remove these messages. TIA
P_C,
Please send me a private message with the email address associated to your account. Also include a link to this thread. I'll see if I can force expire the message for you.
