Norton Online Backup-Failure to Purge Files

My first question concerns Norton Online Backup.  After I sign in I attempt to access some action in "File Actions".  No matter what I request, I end up being directed to a new page with the error statement: "Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away."  I have done it many times, on different days, times; but, nothing has happened.  What is happening?
